Sketchy Thursday 8.4 challenge

Hi all,

after sorting the craft room out I couldn't wait to get a lo done in my new 'little piece of heaven'!

On Sunday we went over to my M&D's to sort out their garage and install the bird box camera we bought for Dad's birthday. Had a really fun and productive day with a delicious bbq lunch. I came home with some old photos that I wanted to scan and the first one to be scrapped is of my Nana when she was a little girl.

I am guessing she is 2ish but sadly there is no date on the photo and no one around who would be able to tell us. The incredible thing is that my GD, at 2, looks so much like my Nana :0), I wish they could have met because they would have adored one another. I base my granparenting style on my Nana's, so I shall be a lucky lady if my GD loves me half as much as I loved my Nana.

Papers are Anna Griffin 'Francesca' as are embellishments. The ribbon is American Crafts and the doilies are Nellie Snellen dies. I did mist the white cardstock with some green and blue mica but it hasn't really come out on the photo, which is a shame because it looks fab!

Expect to see a lot more vintage photos! Thanks for looking and have a lovely day,

Ali x
