I am always on the look out for Scrapbooking sites in the UK and was delighted to find a blog affiliated to one of the shops I use Sarah's Cards Ltd and even better they had a sketch challenge!!
So using my new kit from Scraptastic Kit Club that has a lot of Pink Paislee's Portfolio line I disappeared for a bit to have a play.
It's another layout for my Welsh album of DH taking a photo of me.... taking a photo of him :0)
here is the sketch that kicked off my inspiration:
you can see that I used the elements but just layered them up!

Ooh, gorgeous layout! I love the misting, and I'm jealous of the tiny wood stars. I like the photo you've used too, I need to take more photos of my hubby. You've done it justice with all the cool details!

ReplyDeleteOh, yes, I can see we also now have Portfolio in common....& Sarah G is 'into' it, too...it really is a fab, fab, fab collection.....I LOVE this....it has hearts, starts, splotches & your inimical style [dunno what that word means, but it looks good:)):)!!!!!!] I've a kinda 'cutish' one of my Man from on hols, too.....must dig it out....thanks for the reminder:):):)
