Hello,
I don't know why but May has got to be the busiest time for birthdays, so that means lots of card making :0)
Here are a handful that I made yesterday, most are inspired by Pinterest (thank goodness for the big P - makes life sooo much easier!)
|
using my MS magnetic punches for the first time.....I was beginning to wonder if they were a waste of money!! Hero Arts stamp. |
|
MME Miss Caroline papers, stamped twill, Fiskars 'wish' stamp |
|
more MME Miss Caroline and the good old MS butterfly punch (now that was money well spent!) |
|
Anna Griffin stamp and a collection of random bits |
|
Letterpress embossing folder 'inked' with glue and then gilded. MME butterflies stamped with glue, gilded and cut out. Anna Griffin stamp |
I bought the Indigo Blu 'FlitterGlu' a while ago along with some of their gilding flakes and I have to say it is as fabulous as they say it is! The photo really hasn't captured the beauty of the gilding :0(
So off I go to make yet more cards.........I have had to write a list on my blackboard just to keep track! Because I make DD#1's cards I am having to make up to 3 per family member although I am going to have a crafty day with DGD tomorrow so that she can make her own......Cricut Paper Dolls here we come!
Thanks for popping in,
Ali x
